You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. congtogel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. congtogel reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Making deposits and withdrawals using valid payment methods registered in your own name
- Accessing games and services in accordance with the rules set for each category
- Contacting customer support for any queries related to your account
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempts to exploit the system
- Distributing unlawful or harmful content through the platform
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where applicable. congtogel reserves the right to take any necessary action without prior notice in cases of fraud or serious violations.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the congtogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified local payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved online payment methods.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the platform interface at the time of each transaction. congtogel is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your third-party payment provider. All approved transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under very limited circumstances.
Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered under the same name as your congtogel account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved and may trigger an investigation into the account in question. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
If your account has an active bonus, the associated rollover (turnover) requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Specific rollover terms are stated on each respective promotional offer.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Congtogel reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account if there is evidence of fraud, promotion abuse, money laundering, terms violations, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to the user after deducting any bonus or credit that has not met the rollover requirements. Account closure decisions made on security or fraud grounds are final.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
All content on the congtogel platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of congtogel or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
